If you choose not to keep the site, your fee will be refunded within 30 days. Meanwhile, we will refer you to one of our Certified Business Partners for assistance.
The process involves choosing a defined template to initiate site ownership. However, when completed you will have access to RapidDesigner. RapidDesigner is a wizard driven program for building a custom look and template of your choosing. If you require customization beyond this, we ask that you work with one of our Certified Business Partners. They are trained in the use of RapidDesignerPro which allows expansive customization.
Your control panel also gives you access to email, site statistics, adding unlimited pages, page column design, other services such site optimization and registration (SEO). You also have 24/7 chat support via email for technical issues.
